A tidy way to send screenshots
Sending ten screenshots as ten attachments invites confusion about which comes first. A single PDF keeps them in order, opens on every device, and prints predictably. It is a common way to hand over bug reports, receipts from apps, chat records, design proofs and step-by-step instructions.
What happens to transparency
PDF pages have a white background, and transparent areas of your PNGs will show as white. If a graphic relies on a dark background, place it on one first with the square padding tool or an image editor.
Fitted pages or paper sizes
For screen reading, Same as image gives each screenshot its own page with no borders, which reads well on phones. For printing, A4 or Letter with a small margin keeps everything inside the printable area. Tall phone screenshots on A4 pages will have white space either side; that is expected when a narrow image is scaled to fit a standard sheet.
